Response & consultation
Every custom project begins with a free consultation. We'll respond within one business day to confirm your project, timeline and next steps.
Pricing & quotes
Custom design and printing are quoted individually for every project. Pricing varies with page count, quantity, paper and turnaround, so your written quote reflects your actual order — nothing more.
Any deposit required to begin design work, and the payment schedule for printing, will be confirmed in your written quote before work starts.
Proofs
Your proof timeline will be confirmed when your project begins; most first proofs are delivered within 2–3 business days. Rush timelines may be available.
Please review every proof carefully — names, dates, spellings, the order of service and photo placement. Printing begins only after you approve the final proof in writing, and approved proofs are printed as shown.
Revisions
Includes up to 3 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions or major content changes may incur an additional design fee, which we will confirm with you before proceeding.
A revision round is a single consolidated set of changes. Gathering your family's notes into one list keeps your project on schedule.
Rush service
Rush service may be available depending on production capacity and service date. Rush design/production fees may apply and will be stated in your quote before you commit.
Tell us your service date in the intake form — it is the first thing we look at.
Photos & content
Send the photos that matter most. Your recommended photo count will depend on program length and layout. Clear, well-lit originals print best; we'll let you know if an image is too small to print cleanly and suggest where it may still work.
You are responsible for having permission to use the photographs, text and other materials you provide.
Printing & shipping
Printed pieces are produced after proof approval and shipped from California with tracking. Shipping method and estimated arrival are confirmed in your quote based on your service date; in-person pickup may be arranged for local families.
If a printed order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right.
Digital templates
Editable templates sold through our Etsy shop are delivered as instant downloads and are non-refundable once downloaded. Etsy's purchase protection and our shop reviews apply to those orders.
Changes & cancellations
Because each piece is made to order, cancellation terms depend on how far along your project is — they are stated in your written quote. Design work already completed is billable; printing cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Privacy & your work
We only use the details and photographs you share to design and deliver your order — see our privacy note. We never feature a family's program in our portfolio without their permission.
