How it works
One contact. Clear proofs.
- Refer or begin the order. Your director can start the memorial design order on the family's behalf, or the family may contact us directly through Start a Tribute. Either way, we confirm within one business day.
- Proof. Most first proofs are delivered within 2–3 business days; the timeline is confirmed when the project begins. Up to 3 rounds of revisions are included.
- Approve and print. Printing begins on written approval. Printed pieces ship from California with tracking, timed to the service date; rush production may be available and fees may apply.
